Seeking simplicity for individual self-help the Mind Body Integration Hypnosis was created and developed for professional, clincial and individual at home use for issues ranging from relaxation, weight loss, smoking cessation, public speaking and a better golf swing. At MBI we offer classes designed to assist the client adopt a program that best suits individual needs and desire for holistic spiritual wellness as well as enhance the professionals resume and grow their client base. We also teach the client client the basics relaxation/MEDITATION Techniques as well as positive affirmations and the power of spiritual faith which is wide accepted to reduce stress and encourage compliance with the programs chosen by the client and their professional medical team(s).
